The Room 12 Blues Foundation will operate an upscale 'dry' public restaurant and music club in Cleveland, Ohio. Room 12 will provide a sober atmosphere for the enjoyment of live musical entertainment, food, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Room 12 Blues Foundation will also operate a sober housing unit, that is, transitional housing, for those individuals who have completed professionally-supervised in-patient substance abuse treatment of at least 28 days and for whom it is recommended that they not return to the stress-filled home environment.
